CCI Control Cable Setup - Control Zoom & Record on Handle

The CCI Control or Camera Control Interface cable (cable sold separately) is currently only available for Sony and Panasonic cameras. Here is how to get that cable setup:

On the CCI cable you will see one end of the cable reads "gimbal". You will want that side plugged into the gimbal by the tilt motor NOT the handle and the other side plugged into the camera. Be sure both units are turned on. Go into our smartphone app called EVO Gimbals Remote and connect via bluetooth by selecting "connect to device". Once you are connected, you will select the gimbal icon (4th icon on bottom right corner when phone is in landscape mode" and scroll down to see a "Camera Manufacturer" tab. Please select that tab and choose Sony or Panasonic. Then, power off both the camera and the gimbal and wait a couple of seconds. You'll want to power on the gimbal first and then the camera. After you have done this, you should be able to control your camera from the handle of the gimbal. Please take a look at our youtube video below for a walkthrough of this as well.
