To obtain warranty service please ship your unit in the original product box if possible to our repair center. Please be sure to send ONLY the gimbal (no batteries or accessories), if you no longer have your product box please wrap the gimbal in bubble wrap or similar padded packing material to ensure no damage during transport. Your RMA number is your original order number whether you purchased from us or a partner dealer such as Amazon. If you did not purchase directly from us, we do ask you please include a copy of your purchase invoice.
