iPhone X Evo Shift

I've downloaded the EVO app.  I'm using the iPhone X and EVO shift.  My app is not responding or showing any image.  Any ideas?  Why no image??

  Hi John,

  Sorry to see you are having issues with your gimbal. With iPhones you will be prompted to confirm the camera mode each time you connect the SHIFT to the APP. Message should read something like so: "change to the phone camera under the application mode? Confirm or Cancel"  You want to make sure to confirm.

  This message is simply letting you know that the Application mode you are entering is "Phone Control" which is a fancy way of saying the APP will be used as only a remote and the camera will be turned off . This mode would be more suited for our non smartphone gimbals. As stated in the pop up message, you can select the gimbal icon and choose "Application Mode" to switch to "Phone camera". This will turn on the camera and take you out of "phone control". Hope this clears things up a bit. Please let us know if you need further clarification (support@evogimbals.com).

  Hi John, best bet would be to email the support@evogimbals.com address if you haven't already, as at the moment the Community forum seems pretty unused, and seems mostly unattended at present.
