Grinding Motor (How can I clean it) & Drifting

I purchased an EVO SS in July and I absolutely loved it. But since then I have used it three times. Each time I start it up, it drifts to the right. I have a re-calibrated it several times, but it continues to do it. Additionally, I have been getting a lot of motor noise that is messing with the sound quality of my videos. Is there a way to open it up and clean it? Or am I just SOL?

  We don't recommend you open this unit up yourself. We can definitely get it in for service. Please reach out to support@evogimbals.com to get that started.
