Return Refusals

EVO Gimbals reserves the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside of the eligible return guidelines. EVO Gimbals will not accept the return of damaged gimbal products. We will not accept returns of damaged, or unsalable items. We also do not accept returns on items that are missing items from the original packaging, tags, labels, or packaging.
