I made a claim 2 months ago and multiple emails and they said that Repair Quote needed by you to proceed with the claim. Insta360 camera lens was damaged and needs to be fixed. This warranty feels fake to me as there so many parties involved and nothing seems to be happening, please help.
XCover help desk wrote "As previously communicated in our emails dated 05 Feb 2025, and 05 Mar 2025, we require a repair quote from the manufacturer, EvoGimbals, for your lens. We have not requested a photograph of the item, but rather a formal repair quote.
