    In the video Hans says he will discuss how to use the App in the next video yet that video does not exist on the website. He has multiple videos on youtube and I suggest that you take those videos and incorporate them to the website. Your website needs to be the main place a user would look for answers. After all, one of your key selling points is customer service. Don't make people have to go looking somewhere else to get answers.
